LaptopReno.com is operated by Laptop Mate LLC, a family-owned business that started in Reno, Nevada in 2008. We started with one mission: give people in Reno a fair, honest option for their electronics — no corporate runaround, no bait-and-switch, no pressure.
Over 17 years we've built a parts inventory of over 136,000 components, developed a team of skilled technicians, and expanded from pure repair into device buyback and refurbished sales. Everything still runs out of our single location at 5460 Louie Ln, Reno NV. Same people, same values.
